sureokgo.com currently ships world wide, We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping Fees

Any applicable taxes or duties are shown at checkout where possible; for orders shipped outside your home country, you may be responsible for additional customs or import fees charged by local authorities.
Order Tracking

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit (never delivered and confirmed lost by the carrier), we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and products and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and advise on next steps.
Returns and Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or where the safety seal is broken.

Unopened items in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to our separate Returns Policy

Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the product was defective or the order was lost in transit.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.

If you choose not to have the order resent, we may refund the product cost minus the original shipping charges (for unopened items only).
